John Berkin
	John has been providing expert advice to the credit and collections functions of financial services organisations since the early 1990's. His particular areas of interest are operational performance modelling, agent management tools, MI and credit risk analysis. His career prior to joining CCA includes: Establishing the UK operations for American Management Systems, developing a consultancy business around products such as CACS and ACAPS; Managing Director of Helix Software - providing software solutions to the international banking sector; Andersen Consulting - where he was instrumental in establishing the international banking practice. John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, and a qualified aeronautical engineer. John is a co-founder of our company.

Margaret Jennion
	Margaret's specific expertise is operational performance improvement in credit management and in consumer finance, having worked for many of the major building societies, banks, credit card and retail finance organizations in the UK. Some particular areas of interest are dialler performance management and the evaluation and selection of credit and collections systems. Her career prior to joining CCA includes: Independent Consultant in International Banking Systems Development Manager for Merrill Lynch International Bank with responsibility for London, New York and Singapore Andersen Consulting, as a consultant in the international banking area Margaret is a co-founder of our company.
